WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed cords accessible to children that were capable of forming a loop around a child's neck. This licensor observed in the living room this licenssor observed cords to three fans,a printer, a light, the TV, and a long cell phone charger on the couch. This licensor observed in the bathroom there were cords under the sink in two of the drawers that were not locked:a blood pressure tester in a drawer and in the second drawer there was a hair dryer and a curing iron.
